Privacy Policy

Welcome to TugThePug.com! We care about your privacy as much as Tug cares about his sidekicks. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
The Information We Sniff Out
We collect a couple of types of information:
-
Info You Give Us: This is information you share on purpose, like your name and email address when you fill out our contact form or send an email to Miss Debbie or Tug.
-
Website "Crumbs" (Cookies & Analytics): Like most websites, we use cookies and basic analytics. This just means we collect anonymous information (like what pages are most popular or what type of web browser is used) to help us make the website better for all our friends.
How We Use Your Information
We only use your information for the reasons you gave it to us:
-
To respond to your questions and "paws-itively" friendly messages.
-
To send you information if you asked for it (like updates, if you sign up for them).
-
To improve our website and make sure it's running smoothly.
-
To fulfill any bulk or wholesale orders.
We will never, ever sell your personal information to third parties. That's not heroic!
A Special Note for Parents & Little Heroes (Children's Privacy)
We love that kids are joining our adventures!
The "Email Tug" feature (Tug@tugthepug.com) is for kids to send their fan mail and adventure stories. We strongly encourage parents to help their children write and send these emails.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Any emails sent to Tug are used only to provide a one-time, friendly response (if one is requested) and are not used for marketing or sold. These emails are deleted after we respond. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us information, please contact us at MissDebbie@tugthepug.com to have it removed.
Links to Other Dens (Third-Party Websites)
Our website contains links to our store on Amazon.com. When you click that link, you are leaving TugThePug.com and visiting a different site. Amazon has its own privacy policy, and we can't control what they do. We recommend you read their policy if you have questions.
Keeping Your Info Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, just like Tug protects his friends. However, no website is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee a "paws-olutely" perfect defense.
Changes to Our Policy
We may update this policy as our adventures grow. If we do, we’ll post the new version right here.
